I was thinking the same thing at first about the guy not scoring from second....but it was kind of iffy if the outfielder was going to make the catch...and with just one out, if he does not get a clean start off the hit...you gotta hold him. It was not the pitcher coming up next so...

Great videos, thanks Steve. On the baserunning front, I liked how Ramirez (I think) took 2nd base on the throw home. I also like the subtle changes they've made to the traditional cam. But just when I didn't think I'd use the new Fielder Cam, those new videos made it look pretty cool. This game's going to get a lot of my playing time this year.

I agree with you about this. Ideally as soon as a play ends it would go from everyone clapping, to 2/3 of the crowd clapping, to 1/3 of the crowd clapping, to no one clapping (or something like that). Who know what kind of work that would entail, though. Seems simple, but things like that rarely are.


But I still don't understand where you're coming from with the complaints about too many fly balls.

I think the videos look great and are much better than last year, but I still don't think that the pitch counts go very deep. I didn't see anything go beyond like 2-2. Mabye I'm wrong but there were way to many first pitch hits for either outs or hits. What doesn't anyone else think?

if you wanna play the game for an actual 3 hrs...you can go 3-2 every time if you want...all developers are trying to get games done within 30-45 mins...so you wont see high pitch counts
