I think ASB's two biggest strengths have always been (1) the player models/animations and (2) the incredibly detailed stadiums.

The new cameras really do a great job of showing off those two strengths. When you see Pedro deal to the plate from that BTP cam, it looks just like a broadcast. And when you see an outfielder settle under a high fly from the Fielder Cam, it looks like you're standing in the middle of a huge major league stadium.

Like I said in another post, MVP was my favorite last year, but ASB definitely looks like the best out of the bunch this season. At least when it comes to player models, stadiums & just overall braodcast realism. The night games are amazingly realistic in ASB. But I wish they would brighten the sky & field in day games, so that it looks like the sun is actually shining.

Well I just watched the video again and they have surely improved on the catcher animation of catching the ball. It looks a ton better. YAY

Exactly , this is what I see in the movies and pics as well. It gives me the impression of playing in a real major league ball park , instead of just looking at one. If this works fine , it will certainly change the way baseball video games are played. I hope they nailed it.
