Yes, and no I won't wear it in public. At least not until I print out some Iron ons to put SUCKS after the featuring Derek Jeter

I got it when I preordered in the store a few weeks ago. I did pay in full though, so I don't know about that. BTW, it was only 39.99 for xbox when I pre ordered.
