I was just thinking that it could be cool that after you've played in a ballpark a few games in the outfield you may know where the bounces are gonna be from balls hitting the wall etc. I wonder if each field will have it's own defensive personality or just be generic. Thoughts?

A thought about fielder cam.
I was wondering today about the new fielder cam. Do you think that the different outfields will play or 'feel' differnt. Meaning the bounces, playing the 'hill' at Minute Maid, or dealing with what Alou had to in Wrigley.

Yeah, I think you will get especially used to your home park, and the parks with small foul territory or odd quirks (fenway monster, short left porch in houston, tight foul territory at wrigley) -

Re: A thought about fielder cam.
This may have been gone over already...but does anyone know if when using the fielding cam...will your view start out behind the fielder if you choose to control just one player. I really liked the ability to control say just the leftfielder in '04 and with the new addition of the field cam...I was just wondering about how they handled that. I would love to play third or first and just be waiting for one to be smacked towards me.
Thanks.

Re: A thought about fielder cam.
I asked that very same question to ASB_Man a while back. He simply said no. There is a way to control just one fielder, as in previous games, but you can't lock the camera to just behind that one player.
Maybe next year, or give UBO a shotComment
