there's a debate going on that only MLB 2005 is at 60 fps...but i had asb_man tell me WAAAY back in dec that ASB would be running at 60 fps

I think he said that was true about the Xbox version.

The PS2 version seems to have a bit more of a framerate issue.

I believe ASB Man or Art said it was 30 fps last year, but that it's been bumped up.

They also said it hasn't had antialiasing until this year, which dramatically changes the look. No more jaggies.

Why would you need such a high framerate? I thought the human eye could only process 23 or so. With that being the case, they could really get crazy with the antialiasing and anisotrophic filtering and still get it running at the fps it ran at last year.
