We've all read so many, so for me to actually post a link would be difficult.

I believe it was the one with either OS or IGN. They asked if the game was in 60 fps, and they replied "No, it's still 30, but our animations and everything else are so nice you won't really notice."

Typical "turn a negative into a positive" response you get in advertising/marketing.

Sorry dude - not buyin it. They've only made one reference to frame rate this year that I've seen, and I've been watching pretty closely, and that's to say that 720p runs slower. Last year was 60 fps except in a few worst cases (and I think most games ahve a worst case somewhere that bogs down a little) and I'm standing by what I said before. It was 60 last year, it'll be 60 this year. If MLB is claimin they're the only ones, that's just marketing.



(Hope you know that although I do think I'm right - I'm not all that serious about arguing about it - we are talkin video games here... )

Personally, I'm a big fan of statistical accuracy. So, I'll give the nod to Puresim (now over at .400 studios). Of course, there are no graphics, but, I'll take statistical accuracy over incredible graphics any day. Can't have that on the PS2 or XBOX, oh well.
