-- warm up swings, especially since it seems that no one else has 'em (I'm hoping MLB has 'em)
-- Stan Musial's in the game
-- best in the business (IMO) batting stances, pitcher wind-ups, and player faces
-- pitchers warming up in the pen who are visible during gameplay (e.g., behind the outfield wall in some ballparks, or down the first and third base line in places like Wrigley). Always love seeing the guys warming up when the game is going on around them.
-- pitchers wearing their jackets when running the bases
-- hot/cold zones that were blurry around the edges, and that could change from at-bat to at-bat
-- drag bunts
-- variable strike zones (didn't realize how much I appreciated this until recently)
-- working out of town scoreboards (how great is that?)
-- shortstops who stopped and shifted momentum before making throws on a play in the hole. ASB has had this animation for a couple of years now, and it's still one of my favorites. The video of Jeter throwing from the hole in MLB, where the camera cuts to behind the first base bag, is also awfully sweet. I especially like how you can still see Jeter following through on his throwing animation after the camera makes that change. Good stuff there.
That's the stuff that comes at the top of my head. Anyone else have any cool ASB moments they care to mention? Might be informative for some guys who haven't played the series much.
