Isn't that basically the same thing? I saw both were listed in the game features. Any one know what the differences are?

Hmm, I did not notice the create a team. That is pretty awesome. The difference would be that an Expansion team has an expansion draft where you draft MLB players that were not protected by their teams. Create a team probably lets you create every player on the team. So if you wanted a team with a bunch of friends or something. -
