MVP just became a definite for me. My mom just told me not to buy it...she got it for me as a 33rd birthday present and so I'll have it this week. Still looking forward to MLB and ASB more though.

Games are best when you get them for free. That's how I get 80% of my games!

Obviously hate ESPN and MVP, don't you? You'd rather buy a console that is a notch below XBox, just to avoid buying MVP or ESPN. And, all that for a game that was pretty sub-warm last year.

Remember this: It is my money.

I've played WSB2k2 and WSB2k3 for the last couple years. Frankly, I'm sick of the cartoony animations, the bright, washed-out visuals and the unrealistic, Matrix-style replay camera. The ESPN presentation is definitely a plus but I can't stand Rex Hudler in the booth.

As for MVP, I'm giving it heavy consideration for the PC. However, MLB05 seems to produce a more authentic, realistic game of baseball. At least that's what I've gathered from all the videos, previews and whatnot. I'm basically looking for the most realistic representation of baseball. MVP's franchise/dynasty mode sounds awesome but the on-the-field gameplay seems just a notch below that of MLB and ASB.

Again, it's all MY OPINION and MY MONEY.
