    3 questions on ASB

    1. Is there positional fatigue in the game?

    2. What is the pitching method? Is it where your hold down the button the faster the pitch, and you move the stick to give the pitch movement after you release it?

    3. In terms of hitting, I know there are 4 options, but is one of them like hitting i MVP 2004?

    Re: 3 questions on ASB

I don't know for sure, but I am pretty sure there will be positional fatigue. I think ASB has had that for some time now.

          1. Yes
          2. Pick pitch, pick location. Throw the ball. Player's control ratings will take care of the rest.
          3. Zone hitting is very similar to MVP.

Sorry to "steal" your thread man, but I've got a few questions myself. And sorry if these have been answered somewhere before.

                1. In the video at Acclaim's website, they say every player has there walk up music. Now I know that we can add custom music, but do they mean that every player in the game right now has there music playing? Like Chipper Jones coming up to bat with Ozzie?

                2. To stay on the subject of music, I thought I heard somewhere that all the stadiums have there team specific homerun celebrations/music? Is this true?

                3. I believe I read that updated rosters are usable online, correct? And to add to this, will anything be done so that people can't bring there starters in as relievers during the game?

Thanks for any answers you might know.

                      1. No, ASB_Man said it would way to expensive to license all that music.
                      2. I am not sure about, but know ASB past, I would believe it.
                      3. Yes, only updated rosters can be used online. Not that I am aware of. Pretty sure they can bring in any pitcher. Hopefully, starters will take like 4 innings to get warm . At least that will keep people from doing it too often .

Thanks for the reply Ed. I'm really leaning towards ASB 2005 as my choice for an online Xbox game. Since I'm having stuttering/framerate issues with my MVP 2004 copy, I might just use ASB 2005 as my only baseball game.
