I know the release date issue has been discussed before, but it still doesn't seem like any sort of official, hard-date has been set. Gamestop.com is still listing 3/23 and 3/30 for the XBOX and PS2 respectively, but it would seem that in order to ship by that time the game would have to go gold really soon.
The Acclaim website is listing "Winter 03/04" as a release date, which doesn't help a whole lot.
ASB_Man and ASB_Art have both said "soon", but nothing more specific than that.
I'm just wondering if anybody out there has seen a reliable release date listed for ASB 05? I've decided it is the game that is going to fit my needs the best (MO mode, expansion, deep realistic franchise, accurate stadiums...), so it will likely be my only baseball game purchase this year (the wife won't tolerate my time or her money any more than that
). A delay from 3/23 is not a huge deal for me, but I would like to know the time frame we are looking at for a release. I'm getting jealous reading the MVP board and all the fun those guys are having.
