Impressions? Impressions??? We don't need no stinkin' impressions.

Give us like a 3-inning movie of gameplay. Just some random game - preferably from the BTP camera with the fielder cam turned on. He doesn't even have to play it. He can just let it go CPU vs. CPU.

No such animal exists for ASB05 at this point - here or anywhere else - but there's one for ESPN, one for MLB, and several for MVP (all at IGN). That tells you more about a game than a thousand impressions threads.

I want to see more videos!!!!!

I haven't play ESPN Baseball series but it's sad to see Fat Pitcher leave because customers have so many questions.

The reason I pre-ordered ASB05 was because of ASB_Art and ASB_Man answering questions. If those two weren't on the site I doubt I would buy the game. So from my stance having producers can have a big impact on potential customers, because if I like the game I will spread the word, but at the same time if the game sucks I'll also tell that to other people.

I only bought and played MVP last year and I haven't played ASB since the 03 version (I hate 2-D/3-d batting)so I'm hoping 05 is good.

                              Way off topic...

While looking to see what happened to FatPitcher, I started at page 14 of that ESPN thread, only to see the strike zone being a main focus, with people who obviously have never umpired a real game (FatPitcher being one) trying to explain how the strike zone is a 3D space, etc, etc, since that's what the book says.

No wonder it takes so many tries to get that game's strike zone down to something somewhat in touch with reality.

As someone who has umpired 120+ games per year, I just wanted to tell the ASB guys, "Thanks" for their perfectly done zone. It keeps my blood pressure down to its minimum.

Now back to more talk about OS taking up this offer of more ASB coverage.
