Zone Hitting .... ??

Guys,

From the info we have seen thus far- do you think that zone hitting has been improved so that we hit to all fields as well as grounders/line drives or will everything be hit up the middle?

And also will the cpu baserunning be aggressive ? Sliders would have been nice !

Although I can see sliders helping everyone tweak the level of difficulty to fit their own needs I don't think it is as big a deal if it works correctly out of the box as apposed to a game with major flaws out of the box that only sliders can help save.

The movies from the beta here show quite an array of hits spread all over the field. They also dipect show the cpu doing some pretty decent baserunning as well.

I never had a problem with zone hitting, I hit the ball to all fields in 2004. But I do know that was a big complaint last year. I used Exaggerated hitting for the most part too, maybe that allowed me to get the bat around fast enough to pull the ball. I don't know .
