So if you DO use fielder cam, the computer uses it too? Is that correct? That doesn't seem right. If I'm out in the field, I should see the play from the fielders perspective, but if I'm hitting I shouldn't see this fielder cam at all. Did I read that right?

Boy, can you say "rush job" on that review? He must have had to hurry back to get his nose back up the EA reps' butt or something. Don't get me wrong, I like MVP 2004. The more I play it, and get it tweaked to my liking the more I like it. I just don't understand how it has become the end all do all for baseball games. It seems like the reviewer went in to the game with the mindset that ASB wasn't going to compare to MVP in any way shape or form, and that's all he needed to know. If you don't like the fielder cam, turn the damn thing off. Make the effort to check out the options that are available to see if you can make the game work for you. I personally hate the vector line in MVP... if I was to look at the game just based on how it comes from the developers, I would have never gotten in to the game at all. I don't know, I guess I'm just ranting. I'm picking up this game tomorrow regardless of what reviews say anyway."Boston's tenth man could not be wrong
Up from third base to Huntington
They'd sing another victory song"

I think this is gonna be my game of choice. I know Im not gonna be using the fielder camera, and aside from that, they had alot of good things to say about the game.Comment

The review stated "even on the highest difficulty level" the pitch speed was slow. Difficulty level does not determine pitch speed. I just don't think they know there is a seperate option for it.

The reviewer said "Even at the most difficult level and at the highest speed option, however, pitches don't seem to whip in with enough force.".
So he did mention with the highest speed option. Not trying to argue, just pointing out what he said. When life hands you a lemon, just look up and say, "Oh yeah, is that all you got? Because I love lemons!".Comment

Re: IGN review is up!
I hate to say this but if IGN gives a non Ea game an 8 than it must be at least a 10 because of the 2 point bias. The review was not in depth at all. How about how smoothly the Live options are? It is obvious by the length. If the franchise mode is the deepest pleasespend more than one paragraph on how deep it is.The Sports Preacher
