The reason that mvp is gettin so much love is because last years was horrible and full equipped with plenty of bugs. this years has its share but every game does. but all star didnt re invent itself like mvp did. mvp could have easily been on the Inside Pitch and High Heat route as a game that a small section of fans will even give a chance. but even with the bugs, the strides made in mvp are monumental. that throwin meter will change the way baseball games will be made. it may not catch on immediately but it will be implemented into all future games some how. it still isnt perfected in mvp but it is a step in the right direction. innovation will win you fans. also how many years have we been cryin bout the all star crouch? its gotta be a good 2-3 years. still no change. all star made moves to improve and it did. but not enough. MVP is winner this year. player progression and the "lefty bugs" and thlack of small details like on deck circles, base coaches, etc. mvp is the best baseball game ever made to date. i dont need to see espn to know that they are riding the name recognition all the way to the bank with that game. the look and feel of mvp and all star are the cream. its just that MVP is a little creamier this time around.
