Twitchy camera view

One thing that strikes me about the movies I viewed on ASB2005 is when the batter hits the ball it switches very quickly to the out field, so fast that it does'nt look like it finishes the swing animation. Does this bother anyone, it kinda looks off to me.

yeah, this bothers me as well. i like seeing the flight of the ball off the bat, like in MVP. i guess i can live with this though.

this is whats keeping me from buying the game. i seriously want the game because i love the BTP cam and fielder cam but that early camera switch kills it for me. i guess i have to wait till blockbuster gets the game which will probably be in 2 weeks or something.

I think the rental stores around me usually get the game the friday after the game i released. I'm waiting to actually play it and see if there is a way to change it and if not how much it affects gameplay. I do finally have MVP somewhat under retraint and giving me an ok game. Still don't know if I'll keep it thou

yup. i'm kind of anal when it comes to certain things like camera views and the way some things are presented. ASB didnt have a BTP cam last year = game killer for me because i prefer playing from behind the pitcher. NHL2004's side cam was too far = game killer because i prefer playing with a close up side cam. dont get me wrong though and i think this is the 3rd time i've said this here, but i believe ASB does have the best looking BTP this year, but not being able to see the ball come off the bat while you're still BTP kinda sucks. i'll see if i get used to it when i rent it though.
