Unfortunately you cant edit players, create players, make trades etc, until AFTER you start a season. All Star Baseball has intentionally done this every year. Now you have to have Xbox Live in order to get the updated rosters. They work WITHIN the game structure so even if we have Action Replay does anyone know how we are going to get updated rosters?

unfortunately it comes down to this: either do the roster changes yourself, or hope that someone posts them... -

Your not understanding me. The only way to do the changes yourself is to start a "Dodger" franchise and create Donelly, no-NLB's etc. However if I want someone else to use my rosters they must play my franchise using all of my franchise settings and are stuck with the Dodgers as their team.Comment

I haven't tried to edit rosters yet. I do know that last year, you could make trades and edit BEFORE you started a season or franchise and then just import the rosters to your new franchise. If they changed that this year, that sucks.Comment
