Okay...I have to do more testing, but this is what happened.
I traded Mike Piazza(who is on the ML roster) to Anehiem for two ML roster scrubs(Halter and someone else) so I had two players and only one slot open.
The good news....both players I traded for wound up on my ML roster.
The bad news...Joe McEwing got shipped from my ML roster to my A roster and I'm guessing that someone from my A roster was cut. I was in a rush and backed out of the franchise before realizing I should have looked at the NEWS screen to see what moves were made.
Personally, I don't see why there can't be an Inactive roster where players are put during trades until you can figure out the roster moves....like Front Page Sports Baseball used to have.
