Isn't it possible to pause the game, go to team controller select (or whatever it's called) change sides, edit whatever you want, then switch back and when it calls for it, execute the change?

Re: Can you chnage the opposing pitcher...
Pick the side of the opposing team, select the pitcher you want. Then back up to the team select screen, switch back to the team you want to play as and the opposing team's starter will remain the one you chose.Comment

Re: Can you chnage the opposing pitcher...
the problem if you switch right away is that the pitcher will be cold. I think if you call 2 mound visits in a row that would fix the problem.Comment

Rag3, if you do that you have to warm up the pitcher or he'll come in the game cold. Shouldn't have to do that.

Or you could be smart and warm up the pitcher for them, then later sub him in.Comment
