Unless they are seriously overworked, all relievers go from blue to yellow, and some go on to green. Only "A" (maybe B sometimes) stamina pitchers will hit green. Everyone else tops out at yellow, if they are sort of tired or just underused.

He hit it right on the head a pitcher with a fatigue level of a B will stay at yellow and a pitcher with a fatigue level of an A will go to green.Their fatigue level will also drop when used to much
