Built to be a sim and not arcade; amazing stadiums and field textures

Not favorite-
The way fielder-cam automatically has you looking to a spot on the field, and not at the plate, which is the first thing an actual fielder would be looking at. Similar to the way ESPN does their first person football..you don't start out looking at where a receiver you're covering is going to go, you look at the ball and the line of scrimmage.

Gambit, this changes depending on what level you are playing on.

1) Franchise mode, spring training, player custom song, stats heaven, AI challenge.

2) Fielder Cam, fielding, 2d & 3d cursor, Online options, Did mention fielder cam?, Players running home dont tackle the catcher at the plate. Team doesnt cover correctly on run downs. Players running base never tire giving them an advantage on getting back or advancing. YOu can barely see the ball when glow is not on.

Likey: Expansion Mode. You guys really perfected it, so to speak, this year. Only other thing I could possibly want is maybe 40-50 years in franchise/expansion mode instead of just 20.

Not Likey: Lack of Foul Balls. Period. You did the Foul balls right, when you do get them to hit one, it usually goes exactly where you'd expect it to. Problem is that so far I've only seen them with Cursors. Same could be said for Walks, a little less control of the pitch in some cases would be nice.

Other than that you really gave people a reason to get immersed in this game, and you made it fairly easy to do. I love it!

Favorite - There is so much to love about the game but without a doubt my favorite is the Pitching. In the box I love seeing the variety of pitches thrown and the movement on the ball but what I really love is being on the mound. I just can't explain how great the pitching is in the game and how well it reflects the real life players. You want pin point accuracy - well you better take a pitcher that has it because there is no great equalizing meter in this game. You get what you have to work with and you work for what you get. And when it works, when you get that strikeout late in the 7th, with your pitcher tiring, unable to rely on your fastball on the corners, praying your curve ball breaks in time...man, that is magic.

Dislike - The menu system and presentation is unorginized, illogical and boardering on ugly. My only other major gripes are the Fielder Cam only option for online play and the normal baserunning controls.

The best thing about the game is the "feel" This game feels like real baseball and I love it!

The worst thing about this game AGAIN is the lack of roster managment in the Pre-franchise menu.

I love: Working scoreboards, Stadium details, retro parks, generated counts. Great announcing.

I dislike: A huge gap in the difficulty between zone and cursor hitting. I am stuck in the middle.
No option for shorter seasons.
I really have a hard time seeing the ball when it is on the ground (classic camera). I refuse to use the glow.
Inability to edit teams like the Dodgers to be called Brooklyn and edit the players to be from the 40's.
No TWIB music from the 80's.
