Re: High Heat 2004 PC
Hey Mingsu, I recently found a site with all the pitching states and redid all the pitchers stats, so now they are a notch better but still the CPU hitters won't chase those balls. I know you use that strikeout fix but I hate that cause it changes pitchers real states by adding more strikeouts and less walks. Instead I use better human pitcher control in the tune file to help me with that problem. Well winter here is going to be long and cold just like in
so surely I'll find time for next year's updates. It became something like a pleasant hobby I guess.
Allphoto here is mine tune and game settings. Tune is edited for mvp level only.

Re: High Heat 2004 PC
Hey guys, I'm about 40 games into my season (HH2k3) and I can safely say this is the best baseball game I've ever played. However, I just tried playing with the game speed set to slow for a little more immersion, and my team suffered 6 injuries, including 5 in a single inning on defense.Just wondering if that is a strange coincidence or if game speed somehow impacts injuries. I'd imagine it's just awful luck but I want to make sure.

Re: High Heat 2004 PC
5 in 1 inningМаn that is either bad luck or it could be ebola
I played very little hh2k3 and it was so long ago I don't remember much.
I noticed in hh2k4 thou that if you play on slow and try to pitch fast you always get pounded, but if you pitch slowly, try pickoffs and pitchouts etc....then the CPU somehow gets confused and can't hit you or rarely does.Comment

Re: High Heat 2004 PC
Oh ya, it was pretty sad and demoralizing, but pretty funny too.
*SS gets hurt*
"Oh its okay I've got a great backup anyway"
*Backup gets hurt next play*
CornHoller, don't worry about not remembering, I'm sure I'm the only person on the planet still playing this game.If it happens again I'll probably just edit the players to be healthy again.

Re: High Heat 2004 PC
Hey guys, I feel bad even asking about a 2002 baseball game, but I am looking for a tune file created by an SJ Nathan for HH2k2. I've found his 2003 version at baseball sim but 03 tunes don't work with the 02 version. Would anyone here have any leads on who may have a copy? I know its a shot in the dark.Comment
