How do you watch a game in ASB 05

In 04 all you had to do is leave the controlers in the middle at the controler screen and hit A

I noticed this year when you select teams and leave the controllers in the middle it won`t let you start the game !!!!....I can`t figure it out

Do you mean to tell me they added all these fancy broadcast views, but they don`t let you watch a game anymore ???

Has anyone found a way to watch a game yet ??

I really hope they didn`t scrap it....I love watching games

You absolutely CAN watch a game play out and it is beautiful. Last night I had to do my expense reports and was stuck up in my office for about 3 hours. Nothing good on TV so I set up some nice games and let them play out. First one was Philadelphia at Houton with both teams sporting their throwbacks.

You have to start by moving the controller at the team setup screen to one of the teams as if you are playing the game. Once your in the game, go to "Controller Select" and move it to the middle. That's it. Enjoy.

Yeah, CPU vs CPU games can be pretty cool and instead of simming a season game if you have some work to do just pop on the game and let it play the game out while you work.

The menus in ASB are just horrible. Stuff people could do last year is moved or changed, stuff is impossible to find, items are illogically organized and even guys that have had every version of ASB still have difficulty navigating this game. You really shouldn't need a 20 page manual to understand the menu system/layout. Acclaim needs to consult with some usability experts on this feature next year.

Turn off the strike zone put it on the highest difficulty and enjoy

That's a good question. I was so busy working I did not pay close attention to the moves made by the computer.
