    Pitch speeds?

I have not played this game yet, as i have one last question to ask before buying it: Are the pitch speeds somewhat realistic in this game? Like, are the 90 mph heaters really come in quick, or are they easy to hit like in High Heat? One of the neat features about ESPN that is being advertised is that the pitch speeds are true to real life. How do they vary in ASB? Is it possible for the computer to blow you away with fastballs? Any input will help, thanks!

I feel pitch speeds are VERY realistic in ASB. You have three options for pitch speed in the game. Rookie (slow), Classic (fast) and Sim (fastest).

The Sim setting is supposed to mimic real speeds, and from what I have seen, it does. After a few games on Classic speed, I upped it to Sim speed and its great. You can definitely tell the difference between a guy pitching in the low to mid 90's and one that's in the 80's. The pitcher's that are throwing in the 90's will blow you away. You have to think fast, and react. You're happy just to make contact.
