What head type for Kazuo Matsui?

I am creating Kazuo Matsui for my franchise and would like to get opinion what head type I should use. Initially I will use type 119. Does anyone disagree? Also any other information you know about please share. Does anyone know if he has 2-handed follow through or one-handed? Thank you.

I think it was 118 or 119 I used, probably 119.
