I can't get anyone out this year

I'm having an awful time trying to get people out this year none of my starters can make it past the 4th inning I'm getting rocked every game. I'm going after corners and mixing things up but I still get hammered. Anyone good at pitching yet. Thanks

I find that the AI batting is almost too good. They don't swing at much out of the strike zone, so setting batters up is not very easy. The best place I've found that they will swing outside the zone is low curves and sinkers but I feel you should be able to set them up a little easier.

I usually give up 12+ hits a game on veteran.

I'm giving up 10+ a game on All Star! And they all seem to be doubles to the gap..... I have my defense set-up on auto, but it doesn't seem to make a difference. It's usually a hit to the wall, and a sure double.... rinse, lather, repeat, even if I throw the ball low in the zone.

Granted, I'm playing as the Expos, but it's getting frustrating having this happen EVERY game I play.

I agree with all the replys, CPU hitters are very good this year. Last year I had to adjust my pitching so the CPU could hit more, this year the CPU is perfect. Right now I'm 15-11 playing on Legend w/ Sim-Fastest & 3-D Cursor. I'm tied for first place(Cubs) w/ Houston and all I can say is that it's gonna be one heck of a season. I'm glad they upped the A.I. for the CPU, way to go Acclaim.
