Some are, some aren't. This one league I'm in, the CBL, we started back during OOTP2 (2000) with major league rosters. We are in the year 2015 now, so not many major leaguers remain, although we have put some of the prospects into the league via the draft.

Go to OOTP-leagues.com (or maybe its .net) and take a look at some of the leagues.

thanks, I will check it out. Soudns fun. How do you do the leagues though? Do you just turn in lineups etc and 1 person sims? Is there some league file you download so you can view everything yourself in the game?

Bingo, you submit a lineup via an FTP server. The commish then imports your lineups, rotation, etc. into the game and sims a set amount of time. Some leagues sim a week at a time, some sim 3 weeks at a time, it just differs. After the sim, the commish puts the league file out there for you to download to the game and you start the cycle again.
