can't get players off the DL

Help. I made the playoffs with two regulars hurt at the end of the season, one to come back October 5th, the other October 11th. It is now October 15th, and I still can't activate them. It says they are exhausted. At the DL screen, it won't let me move them to the active roster. I have the PSN version of ASB05. Am i squuezed, or what?

Try releasing them and then resigning them from the free agent list.

I believe they must be active before the post season starts in order to be on the active roster for ASB. I know in the majors you have to set your 25 man roster before the start of each playoff series. I think ASB put in in where you have to healthy before the playoffs start.
