Doesn't look good for the ABS fans out there. Sorry to be the bearer or bad news.

Well, if they can't find a Loan, they are pretty much dead. Following Bankruptcy would be the selling of everything Acclaim has...well...claim to, including ASB. I have no doubt somebody would pick it up. ASB is far from dead in that case. Even if it's picked up and changed in alot of ways, just as Burnout was with EA, that doesn't mean it won't be ASB just like Burnout is essentially the same, but better in the third installation. There's still hope that they'll get a loan, there's still hope that ASB will survive even if they don't get a loan, I'm not really that disappointed at this point. I mean these developers are going to end up getting jobs for different companies anyways....their creative forces which together created many classic and great installments of ASB aren't going to just die out if they lose their job at Acclaim. Hard times for the company, but that isn't quite yet a reason to worry about the Games they make or the developers who make them.

Read all about this in Game Informer. That sucks, All Star Baseball had great potential, and I might've purchased it for the 2005 MLB season.

Oh well. I guess only the strongest survive?
                NHL - Philadelphia Flyers
                NFL - Buffalo Bills
                MLB - Cincinnati Reds

Me too. I am starting to feel like the angel of death to baseball games.
