    I'm pretty sure the reason Stark, Neyer, and Baseball Prospectus talk about Baseball Mogul is because Baseball Mogul is the most widely known of the two.

    OOTP is still a small franchise with a small, but growing community.

    Whichever is the better of the two is really dependent on personal preferences. There are things DMB does that OOTP does not and vice versa.
