    Someone with WSE mind checking…?

    There were two major glitches with MLB 2k5 that I hope were fixed for WSE: no CPU bunting when using Classic pitching; and the CPU always intentionally walking the 8th batter with 2 outs. Both can be quickly checked by setting up a situational game.

    Bunting – With the Bunting slider @ 100 and User Classic pitching, set up the following situation (or something similar): top of the 6th (6th works usually, 9th doesn't always), score is 1-0 for the home team, CPU visitors up to bat, man on first, nobody out. If the glitch has been fixed, the CPU batter should be attempting to bunt on every pitch.

    Intentional walk – Set up the following situation, doesn’t matter what inning or score: CPU pitching, 2 outs, 8th batter in the lineup is up. If the glitch hasn’t been fixed, the CPU will intentionally walk your User batter. I suggest restarting the scenario 3-4 times just to make sure (glitch happens 90% of the time).

          I heard there was a manage-mode option. Can someone check this out and let me know if this is the manage-mode only option like the one in the High Heat series for the PC? Thanks.

                      Thanks. I didn't see any talk about Manage mode though... There was one particularly funny comment on that thread. Someone asked why the @#$% they took out Season mode, given it was the only thing that wasn't broken Very true. You sometimes have to wonder with 2K if the inmates are running the asylum.
