A fix for 3B and P problem?

Has anyone figured out how too fix the 3b not getting the balls that are hit too him instead the ss comes too save the day.Also ive noticed when a dribbler is hit too the ss i am the ss and the 3b dives right infront of me,i think they got it backwards.Also the pitcher seems too have great speed and reflexes a pretty good hit ball to the left or roght of the mound the pitcher seems too always catch it or get it.

Is there away too fix these problems?I can only think of having too edit all the pitchers and 3b men to fix it.

What I did was lower the pitchers RANGE and ANTICIPATION as low as it would go, I think that's a "1". Take a look at the 3rd basemen and if needed raise their RANGE and ANTICIPATION. It doesn't appear to work all the time, but I had some success with it.
