    great gaming experience

But you yourself have said it took you hours upon hours of tweaking this game to get it to play right. Look at the formulas you are giving people to get that "great gaming experience". It's ridiculous to have to do this. I had to do it (along with MK for ASB 2k5). Most gamers don't have the time or patience to do that. If you had to spend all your time doing this do you think they've made enough leaps that you won't have to do it again?

Let's hope so. Remember I said I'd wear humble pie and admit my mistake and sceptisim if there's surprise on release day. Hope I do, but I dunno.

      Thanks for the info.

Any news on the view of the field while balls are in play? I'm basically wondering what it looks like when a ball gets hit to the OF, is it an entirely top down view? or is it more like every other game now?
As a side note, based on material that's out there on the 'net, there is also a First Person counterpart when defending steals that will put you inside the catcher's mask. To me this is another nice idea related to putting you in the game

I'm looking forward to seeing if they can deliver everything as promised on this title

      Have fun.........

      What I think I think:
      • Y'know, I've never played less NBA 2K than I did with NBA 2K12
      • Sports VG titles were REALLY disappointing in 2011-12
      • Thank Heaven for ME3 and Arkham City -- saved my winter

        Uh... er... humm..........

Seriously, I'm already doing my daily thumb exercises in preparation for all the tweaking that'll probably have to be done to 2K6.

I was actually simply referring to baseburner mode. People who didn't get into the game, missed out on it. And again: yes, the baserunning controls were tough. But what I did one day was spend maybe two hours just figuring them out and practicing using the controls. After that, I found it pretty easy (for the most part).

Yeah, and I'll probably being doing the roster thing again this year. Hopefully they haven't changed that part of it.
