Ok, I'm finally feeling really excited for this game. Glad I pre-ordered it. The screens are off the hook!http://media.xbox360.ign.com/media/7...00/imgs_1.htmlNote to Tiburon Marketing:
A great product sells itself, no "back of the box" features required! (See Fifa...)

The graphics are going to be so awesome that EVEN if the bugs from last year are not fixed, it could still be the best baseball game. The animations are likely going to be with a few exceptions so real and smooth that it will almost seem like watching a real baseball game.Last edited by LIGHTNING; 03-17-2006, 08:18 PM.Comment

Stadiums look amazing. The real test will be to see the game in motion.
And I didn't play much last year, so I don't remember if it was in the game last year, but having to tap a button to make a baserunner run fast is one of the dumbest things I've ever heard.Originally posted by Jay BilasThe question isn't whether UConn belongs with the elites, but over the last 20 years, whether the rest of the college basketball elite belongs with UConnComment

Agreed on both accounts.Originally posted by NYJetsStadiums look amazing. The real test will be to see the game in motion.

Those screens were very nice. I just want to see the game in motion and see if the animations are a lot better as well. Most of all, gameplay! The graphics are great for a little bit, but if the gameplay/franchise is poor, the graphics won't matter (ie: FNR3 looks great, career mode is terrible).
With that said, I'm getting even more antsy for a baseball game!Comment

Nice pics! As everyone said we need some motion!
This pic looks funny. It looks like David verse Goliath. The pitcher looks 2 feet tall, lol!

Wow, sounds and looks very good. From a farther view, the jersey looks very plain. But as you zoom in (judging by the screenshots), you can see the detail. I guess that is how it should be though.
NHL - Philadelphia Flyers
NFL - Buffalo Bills
MLB - Cincinnati Reds

I am I the only one who doesn't like the background being all fuzzy. I want to see the true detail of those stadiums. If I remember correctly I think you could turn this off for replays in NHL 2k6 for the 360.
Otherwise the game looks great. I was really hoping to see Fenway in the screens but, oh well.Comment

This bothered me as well! I hope they were just trying to focus on the close up details. I hope that is not the background we see during the game because it was like that with MVP 06 and was really irritating.Originally posted by truckie16I am I the only one who doesn't like the background being all fuzzy.“The saddest part of life is when someone who gave you your best memories becomes a memory”Comment
