I seen many videos and it looks like the "2Ksports themed version" of ESPN MLB 2K5 with that lame "go on this spot" fielding, weird still camera on the field and players looking unrealistically stretched out. I will try to hear some impressions before buying it, i aint really that impressed so far.
Why exactly does T2 have Kush deving this game?

Why exactly does T2 have Kush deving this game?
When you have a superior development team in VC?, the only reason i aint THAT interested in this is because of this reason. I am hesistant to even drop the money for it since i am pretty sure it will look the same as last years game.

Well, they do have a lot of games, and VC can't make everything, can they?
EA has Tiburon make football, and then splits it up between other developmental camps.Rose City 'Til I Die

Re: Why exactly does T2 have Kush deving this game?
Take-2 doesn't make any development descions on 2ksports games. VC does:
About Visual Concepts
Founded in 1988, Visual Concepts is widely regarded as one of the industry’s top studios, and is responsible for the full development and marketing of the critically-acclaimed 2K Sports line of videogames. Visual Concepts is a subsidiary of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. (TTWO)
Now in reference to financing the man-power for development that's a different story.Comment

Re: Why exactly does T2 have Kush deving this game?
I do think that T2 could fund it way more than Sega could. Sega really just gave up on sports and stop caring about it. If T2 didn't have the Hot Coffee scandle, I'd think they'd have some more money to put into these games, but really, all they need to do is release some GTA game and they're back in the money.Comment

Re: Why exactly does T2 have Kush deving this game?
I think KUSH is doing a credible job, but I too think that VC should the lead team on this game. Why lock up the MLB license if you're not going to put your A#1 sports game developer on the job?
The game looks to be coming along nicely, and I will check it out for the 360. But it is very apparant to me that MLB2K6 could be so much more with VC at the helm. They just know what sports game are all about.
