Game Killer: No pitcher fatigue in played franchise games

How could they have not fixed this bug that was in 2K5? I started a franchise and I played my first game with Eric Bedard pitching. I purposefully had him pitch the whole game and lost 5-0. He did have fatigue throughout the game. By the ninth inning he was at 0% endurance. I then started another game and went to choose my starting pitcher and Bedard had 100% endurance. I chose Bedard to pitch again and he was at 100% starting the 1st inning. I simulated the rest of the game and started to play the 3rd game and Bedard's endurance was at 38%. So, my conclusion is that pitcher's fatigue in played franchise games is STILL broken. Ridiculous. I hope they are alerted this before the release the 360 version. I was very hyped for this game and can overlook many small problems but this is a game killer for me.

PS: Can someone post this on the 2K sports bulletin board? For some reason I cannot get my reply email from them to register/post. Thanks. Here's the link location:

This is Game Killer for me if this happens. I will fire this game up in a little while and test it myself.
    NFL - Buffalo Bills
    MLB - St Louis Cardinals
    NCAA Football - Michigan Wolverines
    NCAA Basketball - UK Wildcats
