This is 2006 right?

First of all I was really looking forward to today so I could have this game. I thought sega would do a good job with it. So I got it, edited a few things, and finally played a game......

Please tell me this is a joke. Graphics in MVP 05 were way better even on the PS2. Hate the pitching controls, I miss mvp. Camera is weird but I suppose I could get used to that. No cpu assitance to field? Oh and it would suck if the game froze all the time wouldn't it?

Sorry but this game is garbage. I cannot belive I wasted 60 on this. Damn this exlusive bs.....I want MVP back.

I'm a big MVP 2005 fan and wish the game was BC. Alas, its not so I guess its time to move on. I've tried to like MLB 2k6. I've adjusted the cameras for both pitching and catching... I've edited a few sliders... I've customized the sound. I've updated the rosters... I've played around 10 games.

This game sucks. There are so many little things 'wrong' with this game such as FPS issues, sluggish fielder controls, non player-specific stances/pitching motions, generic faces, generis stances, generic player models.

MVP 2005 had NOMAR'S pre-bat rituals, Manny's exact stance, Ortiz's stance, Damon's face/hair, etc... MVP played like a real baseball game.

This game is simply mechanical/static/stiff. MVP seemed almost 'organic' and that it felt real. There is NOTHING about MLB 2k6 that feels real.

MVP was so stiff to me last year that I had to buy the best baseball game of last year, MLB 2006.

I was waiting to hear comments on this game before I bought it, and I'm glad I did. I totally love MVP 2005 but since it's not BC on the 360 I had to buy the PC version. There is no one out there that can tell me that MVP 2005 for the PC is not the best baseball game ever made...PERIOD! I will stick with that for now and keep downloading updated rosters, statiums, uniforms, etc. Thanks guys!
