2 Major Problems. Baserunning + Cannon arms. Any fixes?

I've tried every slider set out there, even my own. I have two main problems.

    1. My runners are dumb, they don't dive back when they should and they do dive back when they shouldn't.

    2. I can't tag from 3rd on a fly ball to the warning track of LeftCenter in Colorado. AMAZING!

I don't have the option on to mash a button to run faster because I think that is ridiculous.

I have upped the base running spped for all runners, help with the cannon arms, both infield and outfield.

As far as the runner sliding back to base, if you extend the lead, you have to manualy(SP) retreat the person on the bag.

I have baserunning in the 90s and it isn't helping. I understand the diveback process for leadoffs, but I'm talking about during hits. And Yes, I know how to control the runners just fine on my own. I have tried auto-diveback on and off to no luck.
