does your temper have to be low or high to aruging calls? and how do you aruging calls?

you just get a cut scene of your coach yelling out of the dugout and you can chose whether or not you want to argue. and then keep pressing a and press it especially faster over the tiny redthings you'll see because if you stay in those things you'll get ejected. and if you manage to stay in the game the morale of your team is boosted.

so in gm does it matter if his temper is high or low. if he has a high temper would that give me more chances of aruging calls or is that option useless?
