Season Mode-CPU Rosters???
Why are all the opposing lineups out of order when you play season mode? Ichiro batting 5th? A-rod batting 9th? Bonds batting 2nd? Every team I play has a lineup completely out of order? Is there any type of fix for this problem? Anyone else experiencing this?Tags: None -

I think i have noticed this also... Gamekiller if u ask me. More stupid AI from KUSH. AND there is no way to fix it, unless maybe u plug in a 2nd controller, move it over to that team and rearrage them yourself.
reminds me of wwf warzone when I had to use two controllers to get the matchup i wanted bc the cpu picked opponents at random.Comment

Re: Season Mode-CPU Rosters???
No real work-around for this. People say that by turning off injuries, fatigue, and trades before starting a season you tend to get slightly more realistic rosters.
Some people have also said its simply because a lot of the player ratings are out of wack and the AI just puts together line-ups based on the ratings and that by adjusting ratings you may get better CPU lineups.
One of the big ones people are always complaining about is Scott Rolen leading off, so by lowering his speed, and making sure the Cards had a ligitimate lead-off guy in the line-up, the AI may make the right move.Comment

Re: Season Mode-CPU Rosters???
How about Puljos being pulled in the 8th for a double switch when the game is tied. This game has real potential and I actually like the way it plays.
I may have to join a league to really enjoy this game. I can not get into a season or franchise with the poor roster decisions made by the AI.
I never understood why baseball games get the lineups screwed up. I would even be fine with them leaving the rosters as they are in the lineup menu and just subbing guys based on position. Example being, batting Puljos' replacement in the 3 or 4 hole, even if they stink. At least the lineups would be true most of the time.Comment
