    Swing Stick Lag?

I have started two different franchises where it seems as though the swing stick function eventually becomes less responsive, throwing off my timing. Has this happened to anyone else?

Around the same time this started happening, I also noticed that some of the opposing players became the wrong color. For example, Sean Casey and Jeromy Burnitz both appear black when they're batting now. Has anyone experienced either of these two things?
Of course, if Dawson gets hot, and
    Sutcliffe comes through, and....
Pa, see what you did to me?

The Step timing and Swing timings change as you face harder throwing pitchers vs slow throwing pitcher. It's good to let the first pitch go(usually fastball) to see how fast his usual fastballs are. Just like in real game.
