No achievements when using custom sliders?

I was playing a game in my franchise the other day, I hit 3 homers with Carlos Lee, and the achievment didn't unlock at all. Is this becuase I am using custom sliders and not the default settings?

Yep. Only way to get achievements is on default Pro or higher. No slider adjustments at all.

Achievements also don't work when you play a buddy with no custom slider adjustments.

I hate when games do this. Classic 2K move as well. Don't get me wrong, I have a bunch of 2K games, and really like them. But so often they have a feature and the just don't take the time to fully think how users will use it.

Meh, if some dude bought the game and wants to cheese his way to all the unlockables, then let him. Those dudes will always find a glitch or code or some kind of shortcut to get what they want anyways. Any attempt to stop them is futile and only hinders the more legit players.

I got a Achievment yesterday by doing the wall climb, diving catch. I have custom sliders and the like. I guess it depends on the achievment.
