Was there another patch released

I down loaded the first patch and then i put in MLB2K6 last night i haven't play the game in about a week or two.Anyway what does it tell me it says it needs to update so i update and play the game and it seems to me the diving was much better but thats the only thing i noticed.Did anyone else have another update for 2k6?

You sure it wasn't the Xbox patch? MS released an Xbox patch last week and a Japanese Language Pack yesterday (everyone had to download this).

If it's a game patch the screen will say "There is an update for this game.....". If it's an Xbox patch the screen will say "There is an update for your console.....".

Yep but I think another patch should be made for the countless bugs and glitches. I played in Toronto last night w/ the Yankees and everyones face started turning silver or grey and no hair....weird. We paid 60 for the game, and the xbox users seem to have all the bells and whistles we dont get to use(IE: custom music for player intros etc.) I would have waited a month or two for these to be fixed. If they (Take 2) dont fix issues they can via a 2nd patch, not many people will give the MLB franchise a chance and I blame nobody for being skeptical at this point.

Yeah Joe it said update for the game but i was just wondering in the new MS patch you can now cache your hard drive so i did that and i'm wondering if it deleted the patch(2k6)when i cache my hard drive.So i put in NBA2K6 and it said it needs to update the game,i think that is what happened it deleted the patches

If they (Take 2) dont fix issues they can via a 2nd patch, not many people will give the MLB franchise a chance and I blame nobody for being skeptical at this point.

In 10 months from now everyone with a 360 will be rushing out to buy a copy of 2K7, the day it's released. Just like this year. Just like last year. Etc

What you did was erase all your patches and game updates. It does not clean the cache.

Yeah thats what i figured.But do think thats all it does is just clear patches and updates,because it say do you want to perform maintenence on your hard drive i would think it does more than that

I'd be careful with doing this to my system.
