    2k7 on non HD

    i know last year the game was letterboxed for Standard def TV's is that still the case or did they fix that for this year?

      From what others have said, the game is not letterboxed and has the appearance of being cropped or 'formatted to fit your screen'.

      Hope there's an option for this, personally. I'd just assume play it letterboxed.

        I am also curious how this will look on SDTV. I probably am picking up a 360 this weekend w/ this game (DOA & PGR3) and hope it still looks good w/out me dropping an extra $1000 on a decent 26" to 32" HDTV.

          I tried the demo on 480p on my PC monitor and it looks awesome, much better than NBA and NHL 2k7 in that resolution (which is the SDTV resolution)....

            here's a suggestion if you dont want to buy an espensive hdtv..you can get a good widescreen 17-19" lcd monitor for under $200...buy the 360 hd vga cables for under $20. you get hd quality with that. and for games on my lcd it supports up to 720p/1080i/1080p.
