Beating a dead horse, but... time-of-day and progression (night games)

A guy posted a pic of the beginning of a 7:00 game, and it looked like this:

So, somebody tell me... is this the truth? I'd just like to know an answer, I don't want to be picked on or anything.

Thanks. That's strange, though... looking at the scoreboard (and the batter), it seems like it's the beginning of a game.

Good to know. Is that what the end of the game looks like then?

Again, thanks for all of the help.

I'm just confused why you care so much if you have no interest in buying the game?

That pic is wrong. It is still light outside in the game at 7pm. Looks realistic.

I am very interested in buying the game. I just don't have the system to do it. Not to mention there's a good chance my floor mate is getting this game, so I would love to play it with this stuff. Plus, I would love it for later iterations when I for sure get a 360 or PS3.

I understand your confusion, because it's a weird obsession to ask things about a game that one can't buy.

lol man i am more worried about the glitches in franchise returning

I just wasn't positive though. I thought that he did two different games, because A) the scoreboard, B) the same batter, C) in that game it's raining and in the night game it's not.

But I'll believe you guys. That's definitely a good thing. Thanks!

Never said I wasn't. I can't play a game that has a broken franchise (at least broken to my standards). But like I've said once before... I was 10 years old and playing Triple Play '98, and even then since I was such a die-hard baseball fan, I played night games and would wonder, "Why is it starting at night like this?" So in short, I've wanted this in a game since before games even had a franchise mode.

Okay, the guy confirmed it for me that the first shot was in the 1st inning and the last shot was in the 7th. Thanks for your guys' aid anyway.

So, just another question: Are the scoreboards in this game static then? Is rain dynamic?
