    Batting/fielding view hint

I know guys with big screens said the players seemed to be too really close in.

Got to OPTIONS and then CONTROL SETTINGS. If you are using the CLASSIC camera you'll see ZOOM is set at, I think 21. Run it down to "0" and it gives you just a few feet more field of view.

Wait. I am confused. I am playing this on a widescreen HDTV and I Find the batting view to be too far away. I really do not desire to see 8 feet of field on either side of my batter, at the expense of a smaller strikezone and a harder time picking up pitches. I actually zoomed in my batting view to make a larger strike zone on the screen and allow me to better see pitche movement. However, does this affect the fielding view too? I never noticed but the title of this thread seems to indicate that it does. If I could get a wider view of the field once the ball is in play I may be willing to sacrifice the closer batters view for it. anyone?
