Determining when your relievers are ready to come in?

I'm having a hard time figuring out when my relievers are warmed up in the bullpen. When I first get them up in the pen their name is green on the lineup card and then eventually turns red, but when I bring them in the game red their stamina is down in the 60's.

I've also done the View Bullpen through the lineup card and there is a meter under each guys name, but I don't have a clue how to read it. Any help?

    Blue - Cold
    Green - Ready
    Red - Beginning to tire

When the bar is fully green (in view bullpen mode) they are ready to come in.
Be careful though, if you don't pay attention you can over work them....in other words they are tired before they even get into the game.
The meter starts as such....blue(cold), blue fading to green (not ready yet),then fully green (bring them in lol).

It sounds to me that you left them warm up TO long, resulting in the red meter.
      Hope this helps
People are for reviews if it backs their argument, and against them when they don't.

Which I understand is realistic, but I mean this is a video game afterall...

Maybe they should give you a longer grace period during warmups.
