Just picked up the game tonight and I have to say that the demo doesn't do the game justice. I played the demo and I liked what I saw, but I wasn't blown away. After reading some posts here I decided to take the plunge and buy....I'm so glad I did.
Played a classic Red Sox ( me ) vs Yankees game. Sox's came out swinging in the first and quickly put up two runs thanks to Manny and Ortiz. Then, pitching took over and neither team scored anything until Ortiz again got a hit...this time a solo homer in the bottom of the 8th. My closer came in ( damn...forget his name now ) and pitched a 1, 2 ,3 inning for the win.
Throughout the game a saw awesome plays and beauty hits ( finals hits were Yankees - 12 ==== Sox - 8 ). 1 error was charged to the Yankees when Jeter pulled the first baseman off the bag which allowed Crisp to safely reach.
I know this has only been one game, but I was totally drawn in by all the little graphically touches and sounds. Very very nice experience and a great buy.
