ok, is it just me or is this very glitchy?
it seems like half the time i try to hit for power, instead it just does the defensive swing because it just fouls the ball back.
to test out the hitting with both, i played homerun derby with both modes. with classic hitting while holding up for power on the left stick, i could easily get 15 homeruns in the 10 outs without even paying too close attention.
with the swing stick, i couldnt get many at all. a clean well timed contact swing simply hits a line drive double. when i do a power swing with pulling back and pushing forward, as i said it seems like im constantly having it recognize it as a defensive swing and foul the ball off. Pushing right or left seemed to be more reliable, but i dont always want to have to be pulling the ball or something to do a power swing.
am i doing something wrong? please tell me if so.
because i want to use the swing stick online, but id be stupid to if i cant figure out why i can barely even get homeruns with it in the homerun derby, but can knock them out one after the other with classic.
well im overdrmatizing a little, i can hit homeruns with the swing stick its just much harder than with the classic.
last year i could hit absolutely 100% as well with the swingstick.
