    Flawed sim engine

I simmed an entire season last night and most of the hitting stats appeared okay. But I did notice all of the pitching stats are totally skewed. The lowest WHIP for starting pitchers was 1.20 with a majority of the top tier guys somewhere in the 1.30-1.50 range which is simply ridiculous. If you look further, guys are giving up way too many hits and walks in this game. Over 20 guys giving up 100+ walks? Just stupid. There should be about 30 guys with WHIPs below 1.20 based on historical numbers.

I'm pretty particular about statistics in my games. It's really too bad because the graphics and gameplay are pretty darn good. Maybe The Show has it right.

Maybe so. In any event, there's already a thread discussing the good and the bad in franchise mode, so I'm going to lock this thread up.
